Our comfortable family run self catering apartments are located near the start of the “Road to the Isles” at the south west end of the Caledonian Canal in the convenient village location of Corpach. Our three apartments are all self contained, have separate access and sleep 2-8 persons with one, two or three bedrooms
Our flexible accommodation options are ideal for family holidays or short breaks as well as for families, couples or groups of friends all year round. The large windows give excellent views over Loch Linnhe and the nearby islands off the end of the Caledonian Canal, Ben Nevis - and fabulous sunsets over the Glenfinnan hills to the west – especially in autumn and winter!
These airy first floor apartments in the village of Corpach & face the minor road leading into Corpach Basin from the A830 with mainly sunny South and West aspects. – with unsurpassed views towards Ben Nevis, 4 miles away, the Mamore Ridges and the nearby Aonach Mor Ski area.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen areas opens off the internal porch with a fully fitted kitchen area equipped with adequate crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc. plus fitted hob/oven, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettles and coffee maker. There is colour TV in the lounge area and free WiFi is available. In each apartment an internal corridor leads to separate shower rooms each with its own independently heated shower.
There are one 1- 3 spacious bedrooms. Farriers sleeps 6-8 persons in 3 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms; Forge sleeps 2-4 persons with 1 twin bedroom & double sofa bed in the lounge area; Anvil also sleeps 2-4 persons with 1 twin bedroom & 1 bunkroom for 2 persons. The accommodation is fully heated on Total Control heating with a storage heater and 'real' electric fire in the living area, plus panel heaters in all bedrooms.
£305 - £504 for 1 to 2 bedroom apartment per week
£508 – £882 per week for 3 bedroom apartment.

Mountain Bike, Open Canoe & Sea Kayak hire
Snowgoose Mountain Centre provides Open Canoeing and Sea & River Kayaking for half & full day sessions plus 2-5 day skills training & private guiding with qualified instructors & guides. Our open canoe & sea kayak hire service is hugely popular along with our guided wilderness expeditions on Loch Shiel out to Loch Morar then Glen Uig and Arisaig. Loch Morar and Loch Nevis are more advanced options. Hill and Mountain walking tours can be arranged for the Glenfinnan hills, out to Loch Morar & the wilderness mountains of the Knoydart peninsula.
Location & Directions
Coming from the south take the A82 North from Fort William towards Inverness for approx 1 mile. Take the left turn at the roundabout north of Fort William onto A830 towards Mallaig for about 2 miles to the village of Corpach. Coming from the north take the left hand turn north of Fort William on to the A830 towards Mallaig. In the village of Corpach take the left hand turn sign Snowgoose Mountain.
We are in a unique situation at the start of the Road to the Isles via Glenfinnan & the “Rough Bounds “to ‘Arisaig, then on to Mallaig (about 40 miles). Our unique location offers some of the best views of Ben Nevis, the Manor Ridges & the nearby Aonach Mor ski area.
The West Highland Railway line from Fort William between Glasgow and Mallaig (literally) passes our door with the Jacobite Steam Train operating from May to October. There is a north bound national coach service from Glasgow; Edinburgh linking through to Mallaig via Fort William plus a similar south bound coach from the north via Inverness. There is a regular local bus service from Fort William to our village plus a bus link from Fort William out to Mallaig stopping along the way.
